I required a range of products to fulfill a range of needs, in the creation of a personal development folder. Following recommendation, I contacted Peter and requested to come to their office to see and talk through the options available. We worked through my requirements, including a personalised folder design I hoped could be replicated in plastic.

Whilst I was there, two prototypes were made to match my concept. In addition, Peter suggested a recycled product that still had all the attributes of other products with the additional benefit of fitting in with our Corporate and Social responsibility stance.

By the time I left we had decided on all the resources I needed, including my personalised folder and I had a clear idea of the costs and lead times. The following week I was able to confirm the quantities I required and we agreed costs and lead times, making adjustments that suited both parties.

Phillips Plastics liaised with our marketing team for the logo, which needed to be added to two of the folder designs. They offered me a range of printing approaches and advised me on the one, which would give the result I required. I was sent templates for all folders via email and samples for approval, we even adapted some of the designs between ourselves in order to match my requirements more closely.

The delivery arrived on time and well packaged.

The response to our folders has been extremely positive. Our new personal development package is also being well received and I believe that this is partly due to how well the products match the user’s requirements. I regularly get asked who produced our folders and I recommend Phillips Plastics, a colleague has already had a successful experience using them.
