We can produce custom made solutions in the following materials:
Polypropylene
Polypropylene is a plastic sheet material that is strong, ideal for
print and value for money. There are three main material types:
- Opaque (solid colours)
- Translucent (frosted colours)
- Transparent (clear)
There is a broad colour range to choose from including metallic finishes.
Polypropylene boasts print versatility and can be foil blocked, screen
printed or even litho printed with a full colour design.
PVC
PVC is a flexible plastic material from a roll available in a wide range
of colours and finishes.
Like polypropylene, standard PVC grades are capable of holding screen
print, full colour litho print and foil blocking.
The advantage PVC has over polypropylene is its' range of textured finishes
such as imitation leather, felt, soft touch, metal and even holographic
patterns.
Paper Over Board
A traditional method of laminating pre-printed paper over hard board producing
an all over full colour print. This process is more 'hands-on' and as
such is often more expensive than it's polypropylene and PVC equivalents.
