We have a vast selection of binder and folder styles to suit all requirements.

Take a moment to search though our existing style catalogue by using the search toolbar above or contact us if you would like to talk through your individual requirement. Remember, we specialise in custom made solutions in the following materials:

Polypropylene Custom Folders

Polypropylene is a plastic sheet material that is strong, ideal for print and value for money. There are three main material types:
  • Opaque (solid colours)
  • Translucent (frosted colours)
  • Transparent (clear)
There is a broad spectrum of colours to choose from including metallic finishes.

Polypropylene boasts print versatility and can be foil blocked, screen printed or even litho printed with a full colour design.

PVC

PVC is a flexible plastic material from a roll available in a wide range of colours and finishes.

Because of the material flexibility a PVC binder usually consists of an outer liner, an inner liner and hard board covers in between for strength. This means that different material colour choices can be made for the inside and the outside of the binder.

Like polypropylene, standard PVC grades are capable of holding screen print, full colour litho print and foil blocking.

The advantage PVC has over polypropylene is its' range of textured finishes such as imitation leather, felt, soft touch, metal and even holographic patterns.

Paper Over Board

A traditional binder method of laminating preprinted paper over hard board producing an all over full colour print. This process is more hands-on and as such is often more expensive than it's polypropylene and PVC equivalents.

Display Binders

Pre-printed sheets can be encapsulated around plain PVC presentation binders to produce eye catching results without having to print the PVC.

However, we have taken the display binder concept a step further with brand new injection moulded solutions.

The X FILE has an easy slide in - slide out front cover and spine so you can insert your print as needed. Because it is injection moulded it is more robust too and so has an increased life.
